The company Talent Growth & Advisory Partner s. r. o. (hereinafter referred to as the "company", "controller", "we") values your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

This document explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have as a data subject.

Under the GDPR, the controller is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data.

3. Scope of Processed Personal Data

Through the website and contact form, we may process in particular the following personal data:

  • company name
  • first and last name (if provided)
  • job position
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • location
  • area of interest (HR services)
  • message content / inquiry
  • other data that you voluntarily provide

The provision of most data is voluntary. The mandatory field in the contact form is the company name.

The controller does not operate any database, CRM system, or other separate information system for storing personal data. Personal data is processed exclusively via e-mail communication.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data mainly for the following purposes:
handling your inquiries and communicating with you,
providing information about our services,
preparing price quotations and business communication,
maintaining internal records of inquiries within e-mail communication,
fulfilling the controller's legal obligations.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),

the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in particular for the purposes of communication, handling inquiries and development of business activities,

performance of a contract or pre-contractual relations (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), if cooperation is established.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is not stored in any database, CRM system, or other internal information system.

Personal data submitted via the contact form is delivered exclusively to the controller's e-mail address and is processed in the controller's e-mail mailbox.

Recipients of personal data may be exclusively:

  • the website hosting and web builder provider (Websupport),
  • the e-mail service provider,
  • and only to the extent necessary to ensure the technical operation of the website and delivery of electronic mail.
  • The controller does not sell personal data and does not provide it to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Transfer of Personal Data Outside the European Union

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Union. In the event that processing occurs as part of technical services of the hosting or e-mail service providers, these services ensure an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR.

8. Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is stored exclusively in the controller's e-mail mailbox:

  • for the period necessary to handle your inquiry,
  • during the duration of business communication,
  • for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, unless there is another legal reason for longer retention.

9. Cookies

The website may use technical (necessary) cookies that are required for its proper functioning.

The controller does not use marketing cookies or cookies for user profiling. Analytical or marketing cookies will be used only if implemented in the future and only after your consent has been granted.

10. Rights of the Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • access personal data,
  • rectification of incorrect or incomplete data,
  • erasure of personal data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw your consent at any time,

lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

11. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The controller reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The current version is always published on this website.
