I am an external HR partner and consultant who helps companies set up, improve, and practically implement HR and recruitment processes.
I become part of implementation, advisory work, and real cooperation with managers and HR teams, not just a source of ideas and recommendations on paper that cannot be used in practice.
My goal is to understand what works in the company, preserve what matters, and further develop these foundations.
I focus on reviewing existing processes, their thoughtful improvement, and the transfer of know-how, so companies can operate independently, efficiently, and without unnecessary additional costs.
I work discreetly and with respect for each client's environment. Confidentiality and professionalism are a given.

Why I founded my company
Talent Growth & Advisory Partner s.r.o. I founded so that I could fully use my many years of experience in people management and organizational development in a way that brings real value to companies that need it.
Throughout my career, I was responsible not only for the day-to-day management of people-related activities, but especially for building recruitment and people processes, teams, and their practical operation. I was accountable for the implementation of these solutions, for their results, and for their continuous improvement over time as companies developed or grew.
The external cooperation model allows me to apply this experience today in a practical and flexible way — working directly with CEOs, directors, managers, and internal teams on setting up and improving people and recruitment practices so that they support performance, stability, and further company development with regard to future costs.
At the same time, this model allows me to pass on my own long-term know-how and experience so that companies can operate independently after our cooperation and remain effective over the long term, with visible results.
